1996年 写真専門学校卒業後、制作会社へ入社
1999年に同社を退社し以後フリーとして活動
2001年 代々木にスタジオオープン
2005年 田町にスタジオ移転
2006年 ㈱根本写真事務所設立
2012年 両国にスタジオ移転
2024年 神楽坂へスタジオ移転
